Our minimum is 40 guests. Then, you pay for actual number of guests.
What does that mean?
For example, if you expect 70 guests and 55 actually show up and enjoy the buffet, you would pay for 55 guests. Other caterers would charge you for the 70 guests! This is true "added value!"
